KGS Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
Pat Moneymaker is the Chairman of the Board and CEO of KGS, a leading provider of technology and strategy solutions to the Federal Government. Moneymaker assumed the role in 2014, bringing more than 40 years of technology expertise and executive management experience to his role with the firm.
Prior to joining KGS, he served in executive leadership roles at Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc.; Proxy Aviation; Kforce Government Holdings, Inc.; and Ocean Systems Engineering Corp.
Moneymaker served a distinguished 30-year career as an officer in the U.S. Navy, achieving the rank of Rear Admiral before retiring in 1998. His service included the premier assignment as leader of the elite Blue Angels’ Naval Flight Demonstration Squadron. Moneymaker earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of San Francisco.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Kforce Inc.
David L. Dunkel has served as Kforce’s Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and a director since its formation in 1994. Prior to August 1994, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Romac-FMA, one of Kforce’s predecessors, for 14 years.
President, Kforce Inc.
Joseph Liberatore joined Kforce in 1988, and served as Chief Financial Officer before being named President in 2012.
Liberatore was named Florida Personnel Consultant Rookie of the Year in 1989. In June 1999, Liberatore served as president of Kforce Interactive. As president of the interactive division, Liberatore was tasked with leading the transformation of the Kforce business model by blending and leveraging the competitive advantages of traditional staffing methodologies and emerging Web-based technologies.
Liberatore has twice been the recipient of Kforce's Dick Maddock award. The award is given to the employee who best embodies the "spirit of Kforce" and exemplifies the company's core values of respect, trust and integrity.
Prior to joining Kforce, Liberatore worked as a sales manager for Harris/Lanier, a Tampa-based telecommunications firm. He is a 1985 graduate of Oswego State University in New York.
Chief Operations Officer, Kforce Inc.
Kye Mitchell is the Chief Operations Officer for Kforce, responsible for establishing and executing Kforce’s overall strategy to deliver exceptional Technology and Finance & Accounting resources for clients. She leads all Sales and Delivery teams to deliver value added solutions that ensure successful partnerships.
Mitchell joined Kforce in 2005 through the acquisition of VistaRMS. She was President of VistaRMS which was a national IT consulting firm with a strong presence in the federal, financial and telecommunications industries. Mitchell was one of the founders of VistaRMS leading it to Inc Magazine's #2 Fastest Growing Company. She has been in the industry since 1991 working for DMR Trecom prior to VistaRMS.
Mitchell is a graduate of Penn State University where she received her Bachelor of Arts.
Chief Financial Officer
David Kelly serves as Kforce's Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for Kforce's finance, accounting, treasury, legal, tax and insurance functions.
Kelly joined Kforce in 2000 as group finance officer for the technology solutions practice. Prior to that, he held positions at companies that included Selkirk Financial Technologies and Komatsu America Corporation, where he served as treasury director and vice president, controller of the operating companies.
A graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelor's degree in finance, he received an MBA in accounting and finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Chief Corporate Development Officer, Kforce, Inc.
Michael R. Blackman joined Kforce in 1992. Blackman currently serves as Chief Corporate Development Officer at Kforce and is a member of the Firm's Executive Committee. As CCDO, he serves as the primary focal point for the Firm with the Wall Street investment and banking communities, as well as playing a key role in aligning the Firm with the ever changing dynamics of the skilled labor markets. He is regularly sought out by a number of leading economists for his perspectives on the economy and labor markets and he contributes to several well known economic reports.
Previously at Kforce, Blackman served as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations, Director of Selection and as a Senior Consultant in the Health & Life Sciences division. While there, Blackman attained membership in the Firm's exclusive President's Club in recognition of superior performance and client service. Blackman was awarded the Firm's prestigious Chairman's Award in 2010.
Before joining the Firm in January 1992, Blackman was a sole practitioner and also served with a regional, boutique, retained search firm. Blackman acquired his initial staffing industry experience with Barton Sans International, New York, where he worked with an internationally renowned clientele across a diverse industry spectrum.
Blackman is a graduate of Johnson College.
Owner, Strategy Consulting Services, LLC
Owen Greenblatt is a member of the KGS Board of Directors and Ethics and Compliance Committee. Mr. Greenblatt assumed the role in 2013.
Mr. Greenblatt is the owner of Strategy Consulting Services, LLC, which supports the Defense and Intelligence community. Previously, he was the Director for Business and Strategy in the Intelligence and IT sector for Lockheed Martin.
Mr. Greenblatt served 26 years in the U.S. Air Force where he held multiple assignments worldwide as an aviator, planner, and strategist, culminating in Executive Secretary to the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Deputy Director Intelligence Plans and Systems on the Air Staff. He holds a master’s degree in management and business from Central Michigan University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bellevue College. Mr. Greenblatt also holds a degree in Management in the Department of Defense, from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces. He is a member of Intelligence and National Security Association (INSA), the Armed Forces Communications and Electronic Agency (AFCEA), and the National Military Intelligence Association (NMIA).
Senior Associate General Counsel, Operations
Paige Shannon joined Kforce Inc. in 2010 and currently serves as Senior Associate General Counsel, Operations. She is responsible for legal operations for Kforce in their regional offices and serves as corporate legal counsel for Kforce Government Solutions Inc. (KGS). In 2015, Ms. Shannon joined the KGS Board of Directors and is a member of the Board of Directors Compliance Committee.
Ms. Shannon is a graduate of The Catholic University of America where she earned her bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctorate. She also earned a master’s degree in business administration from George Mason University. Prior to joining Kforce, Ms. Shannon served as General Counsel for several technology and engineering services companies.
