KGS Chairman of the Board
Pat Moneymaker is the Chairman of the Board.
Mr. Moneymaker has served in executive leadership roles at KGS, Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc.; Proxy Aviation; Kforce Government Holdings, Inc.; and Ocean Systems Engineering Corp.
Mr. Moneymaker served a distinguished 30-year career as an officer in the U.S. Navy, achieving the rank of Rear Admiral before retiring in 1998. His service included the premier assignment as leader of the elite Blue Angels’ Naval Flight Demonstration Squadron. Mr. Moneymaker earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of San Francisco.
President, Kforce Inc.
Joseph Liberatore joined Kforce in 1988, and served as Chief Financial Officer before being named President in 2012.
Mr. Liberatore was named Florida Personnel Consultant Rookie of the Year in 1989. In June 1999, he served as president of Kforce Interactive. As president of the interactive division, Mr. Liberatore was tasked with leading the transformation of the Kforce business model by blending and leveraging the competitive advantages of traditional staffing methodologies and emerging Web-based technologies.
Mr. Liberatore has twice been the recipient of Kforce's Dick Maddock award. The award is given to the employee who best embodies the "spirit of Kforce" and exemplifies the company's core values of respect, trust, and integrity.
Prior to joining Kforce, Mr. Liberatore worked as a sales manager for Harris/Lanier, a Tampa-based telecommunications firm. He is a 1985 graduate of Oswego State University in New York.
Chief Financial Officer
David Kelly serves as Kforce's Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for Kforce's finance, accounting, treasury, legal, tax, and insurance functions.
Mr. Kelly joined Kforce in 2000 as group finance officer for the technology solutions practice. Prior to that, he held positions at companies that included Selkirk Financial Technologies and Komatsu America Corporation, where he served as treasury director and vice president, controller of the operating companies.
A graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelor's degree in finance, he received an MBA in accounting and finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Senior Vice President, Finance & Accounting
Jeffrey Hackman serves as Kforce's Senior Vice President, Finance and Accounting. Mr. Hackman is responsible for overseeing Kforce's finance, accounting, SEC reporting, tax, treasury, procurement, real estate and client services (time capture, billing, AR and cash applications) functions. Prior to rejoining Kforce in March 2015, he served as the Global Chief Accounting Officer of Cunningham Lindsey from September 2013 until March 2015. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Kforce from February 2009 until September 2013 and as the SEC Reporting Director from September 2007 to February 2009. Prior to joining Kforce, Mr. Hackman was an Audit Senior Manager with Grant Thornton LLP and began his professional career with Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Hackman received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Masters of Accountancy from the University of South Florida and stays actively involved in various capacities post-graduation. He is a CPA in the State of Florida.
Owner, Strategy Consulting Services, LLC
Owen Greenblatt is a member of the KGS Board of Directors and Ethics and Compliance Committee. Mr. Greenblatt assumed the role in 2013.
Mr. Greenblatt is the owner of Strategy Consulting Services, LLC, which supports the Defense and Intelligence community. Previously, he was the Director for Business and Strategy in the Intelligence and IT sector for Lockheed Martin.
Mr. Greenblatt served 26 years in the U.S. Air Force where he held multiple assignments worldwide as an aviator, planner, and strategist, culminating in Executive Secretary to the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Deputy Director Intelligence Plans and Systems on the Air Staff. He holds a master’s degree in management and business from Central Michigan University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bellevue College. Mr. Greenblatt also holds a degree in Management in the Department of Defense, from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces. He is a member of Intelligence and National Security Association (INSA), the Armed Forces Communications and Electronic Agency (AFCEA), and the National Military Intelligence Association (NMIA).
Deputy General Counsel; Vice President, Risk and Compliance
Paige Shannon joined Kforce Inc. in 2010 and currently serves as Deputy General Counsel; Vice President, Risk and Compliance. She is responsible for legal operations for Kforce in their regional offices and serves as corporate legal counsel for Kforce Government Solutions Inc. (KGS). In 2015, Ms. Shannon joined the KGS Board of Directors and is a member of the Board of Directors Compliance Committee.
Ms. Shannon is a graduate of The Catholic University of America where she earned her bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctorate. She also earned a master’s degree in business administration from George Mason University. Prior to joining Kforce, Ms. Shannon served as General Counsel for several technology and engineering services companies.
