KGS has established a documented Quality Management System (QMS) known as ISO 9001:2008 that ensures services and products conform to specified requirements. The QMS applies to all areas associated with KGS’ business management and to all services provided to clients. The use of documented QMS procedures ensures the standard application of quality throughout the company. It also provides a means to continually improve required deliverables and our project performance.

The principle factor for KGS’ successful performance is the continued incorporation of quality into our services and products. We annually set strategic goals to include annual document reviews that are then translated into a scorecard to measure our performance and provide quality services that meet or exceed our specified requirements. It is the responsibility of all KGS associates to adhere to all aspects of the Quality Management System throughout the firm and work performed supporting our customers.
