Expertise in the Field
KGS's human development practitioners joined forces with its subject matter experts in Federal Grants Management to develop 40 hours of classroom training on the Fundamentals of Grant Management for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The interactive course reviews all competencies related to applying for and managing grants and updates participants on changes to Federal Financial Management provided by the new OMB Super Circular guidance. KGS is providing instructor and participants guides, visual and enrichment materials, a SharePoint portal, classroom space, and instructors to present. KGS will also provide train-the-trainer and web seminar services in support of this task.
