KGS Medical Terminology Services provide better information to promote better decision making. Currently, KGS supports the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) with a highly skilled team of Medical Terminologists and Terminology Analysts that includes: physicians, developers, analysts, pharmacists, and informaticists. KGS’s focus on terminology standardization provides a foundation to computable, interoperable data sharing across any health care information infrastructure. KGS associates are fluent in clinical terminology systems such as ICD, CPT, HCPCS, SNOMED, UMLS, RXNORM, and LOINC.
