April 18, 2012 —Tom Himmer Joins KGS as Vice President, Commercial Solutions
KGS announced today that Tom Himmer has joined the company as Vice president, Commercial Solutions. With 20 years of experience in project consulting, process improvement, accounting management, and staffing, Mr. Himmer will support business development efforts and manage client and partner relationships for KGS’s commercial sector business. In addition, Mr. Himmer will provide executive oversight for several capability areas, including: Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE); Finance and Accounting (F&A); internal control compliance; financial systems implementation; and Information Technology (IT).
Tom comes to KGS from Kforce, Inc., where he was the Managing Director of Finance and Accounting for the Kforce office in Houston, TX. In that role, he led staffing services in the areas of finance and accounting, supply chain, process improvement, and functional Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) expertise.
