KGS was awarded a fourth new U.S. Coast Guard contract to provide support for review and update of policies, procedures, and internal controls for Property, Plant, and Equipment (PP&E) and Operating Materials and Supplies (OM&S). This effort supports the ultimate objective of the U.S. Coast Guard Financial Strategy for Transformation and Audit Readiness (F/STAR) to achieve and sustain an unqualified ("clean") financial statement audit opinion.
