August 23, 2007 — Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Enterprise Data Management Office (EDMO) Selects Kforce Government Solutions (KGS) to Develop the Data Reference Model and Data Governance for the EDMO
Kforce Government Solutions (KGS), a DHS EAGLE prime contractor, was awarded a 5-year task order to develop the Data Reference Model (DRM) Version 2.0 for DHS’ Enterprise Data Management Office (EDMO). Support includes developing the DHS DRM Data Asset Catalog Baseline, the Search and Interface Capability to the Enterprise Architecture Repository and developing a plan to integrate the DHS Lexicon into the DRM 2.0. KGS will also develop Data Governance for the EDMO, providing support to the Data Management Working Group (DMWG) and Enterprise Architecture Center of Excellence (EACOE) meetings as well as developing the DHS Enterprise Data Management Directive.
