June 15, 2007 – Bradson Corporation Joins With Kforce Government Solutions, Inc. To Form New Company
Bradson Corporation is merging with Kforce Government Solutions (KGS), Inc. creating a new company that provides clients with powerful, single source, integrated solutions across a full spectrum of finance and accounting, enterprise performance management, and business information and technology disciplines. The merger will be complete July 2, 2007.
