February, 2007 — Kforce Government Solutions awarded prime contract to provide support services for the Defense Logistics Agency - Base Realignment and Closure / Materiel Readiness Initiatives Project Office
Kforce Government Solutions was awarded a prime contract to provide support services to assist the Director, DLA BRAC/MRPO Office, with BRAC technical and functional related program management support as follows:
- Participate in the MRPO implementation process as a BRAC 2005 SME and advisor
- Provide procedural oversight, recommendations and corrective actions as they apply to the DLA BRAC 2005 implementation process
- Research, develop, and document guidance, policies, and procedures for DLA BRAC/MRPO operations
- Provide general program management functions including but not limited to BRAC 2005 implementation conference support, general office management, data collection and result configuration control management, briefing development, agenda development, action management, MSProject data entry support, etc., in support of the MRPO, Materiel Readiness Component Advisory Group (MRCAG) and Supply and Storage Joint Cross Service Group (S&S JCSG).
This award is a continuation of the support Kforce Government Solutions has been providing to DLA BRAC since 2004.
