Contract Description
Contract provides OPM through the issuance of task orders technical expertise in support of policy development and analysis including analyzing new legislation and oversight agency mandates to recommend plans and solutions and evaluating and developing OPM policies, processes, and procedures for implementing legislation and related policies and guidance.
Support Areas: Assessment of policy implementation processes, Development and recommendation of customer service standards, Performance measures, Development of policy and process documentation, Recommendation and implementation of status reporting systems, IT Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) Support, and IT Strategic Planning Support
