GSA Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS)
Contract Description
The GSA Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) contract provides:
874-1 — Consulting Services that include expert advice, assistance, guidance or counseling in support of agencies’ management, organizational and business improvement efforts.
874-2 — Facilitation Services that includes facilitation and related decision support services for agencies engaged in collaboration efforts, working groups, or integrated product, process, or self-directed teams.
874-3 — Survey Services that provide expert consultation, assistance in all aspects of surveying within the context of MOBIS.
874-4 — Training Services that include off-the-shelf training packages under this SIN to meet specific agency needs related to business services, such as, but not limited to: customer service, team building, ISO 9000, process improvement, performance measurement; statistical process control; performance problem-solving; business process reengineering; quality management; change management; strategic planning; and benchmarking.
874-5 — Product Support that includes: workbooks, training manuals, slides, videotapes, CDs, DVDs, software programs, etc. Any support products offered must be supplied in conjunction with services offered herein.
874.6 — Planning and analysis to assist agencies to understand privatization and outsourcing alternatives, impacts, and organizational/business consequences; collect, compile, analyze/assess large volumes of cost, work activity, and workforce alignment information; select goals and priorities for managing government and commercial activities; make informed decisions about investing in and modernizing facilities and equipment and implementing improvements and privatization/outsourcing initiatives.
874-7 — Program integration and project management services to assist Federal managers to plan, organize, integrate, execute, manage, and control programs within budget, cost, schedule, and technical constraints.
