In order to bridge together disparate business management and logistics applications in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and DoD (which operate on multiple, massive data systems), KGS delivered a comprehensive solution encompassing functional and analytical program management, IT policy and planning, enterprise architecture, enterprise resource management, and Business Process Re-engineering. KGS continues to help DLMSO and its logistics stakeholders improve their logistical information sharing; meeting the challenges associated with IT integration, transformation, and exchanges within a complex DoD network, and making logistics data available from all four DoD services.
