The primary goal of the Department of Homeland Security's EAGLE (Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions) program is to establish a suite of indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contracts for IT support services that will enable DHS business and program units to accomplish their mission objectives.  The acquisition of and resulting multiple award contracts procured under EAGLE are designed to offer a broad range of services, solutions and contract types to fulfill the majority of component and departmental IT services needs.
