Bill Wasner

Vice President, Business Development – Civilian Solutions and Services (CSS)

Mr. Bill Wasner joined KGS in 2011 as the Vice President of Business Development (BD) for Civilian Solutions and Services (CSS). Mr. Wasner oversees the full business development lifecycle for all CSS new business opportunities, as well as participating in defining the strategic business plan for the CSS Business Unit.

Prior to joining KGS, Mr. Wasner served in BD, capture, and operational roles with Systems Research and Applications (SRA) for 12 years. Most recently at SRA, he stood up business development and capture organizations at SRA’s two largest Sectors, National Security and Civil as SRA transitioned BD and Capture from a centralized to a decentralized BD/Capture model. Prior to that, Mr. Wasner led a business unit responsible for executing SRA’s National Security infrastructure support line of business. Mr. Wasner brings over 30 years of experience in information technology and intelligence in support of Defense, Intelligence and Civil agencies throughout the Federal marketspace.

Mr. Wasner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland University College.
