Rodney Caswell

Vice President, Enterprise Technology Solutions

Mr. Rodney Caswell is the Vice President of Enterprise Technology Solutions for KGS. Mr. Caswell has nearly 20 years of industry experience in systems engineering, human performance improvement, software development management, project management, business management, and sales and marketing.

Prior to joining KGS, Mr. Caswell served at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) with rapid progression from project manager to Assistant Vice President, Division Manager/Business Development Manager. Prior to that, Mr. Caswell served as a Vice President for Federal Programs at Fusive, Inc., a high technology software development firm. In his roles of increasing responsibility, Mr. Caswell has supported both commercial and Federal Government customers. Highlights of his clientele include leading the worldwide development of DaimlerChrysler web sites, as well as implementations for federal customers such as the IRS, the US Air Force, the Defense Contract Management Agency, HUD and others. His career has focused on the deployment of technology solutions that increase the efficiency and intelligence of customer communications – whether those individuals are consumers, constituents, employees or business partners.

As an SAIC Division manager, Mr. Caswell continued that trend, and led the business development and operational teams who served the Department of Defense in the deployment, operations and maintenance of information technology solutions.

Mr. Caswell holds a bachelors degree from Northern Arizona University with dual studies in mechanical engineering and business management. Mr. Caswell is based in our Fairfax, Virginia headquarters.
