Jay Singh

Vice President, Healthcare Programs

Mr. Jay Singh is Vice President for Healthcare Programs at KGS. Mr. Singh has over 14 years of experience in IT industry with expertise in software design and development, systems analysis, project and program management and business development. He has led product development efforts for several complex software systems within the healthcare sector. Joining KGS team as Program Manager in September 2007, he advanced through various roles of increasing responsibilities and currently manages all Healthcare programs, client relationships and supports business development efforts.

Prior to joining KGS, Mr. Singh worked as project manager and on-site team manager for CACI directing product development efforts within Federal Healthcare practice. He joined CACI as a database administrator and advanced through different roles within the organization.

Mr. Singh holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering and Masters in Business Administration from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, CA with certifications in project management.
