David Koch

Vice President, Financial Management and Accounting Solutions

Mr. David Koch is Vice President for the Financial Management and Accounting Solutions (FMAS) business unit. Mr. Koch has 20 years of experience providing project and program management of financial management and IT solutions engagements for public sector clients. He currently manages client and partner relationships, supports business development efforts, and provides executive oversight for capability areas including Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE); Finance and Accounting (F&A), audit readiness, liaison, and remediation; internal control compliance; and financial systems implementation.

Mr. Koch joined KGS in June 2007 with the merger of the BRADSON CORPORATION with KGS as Program Director of the Enterprise Performance Management Solutions business unit. He provided leadership and oversight to engagements for clients including the DHS Customs and Border Protection, Defense Media Activity, Defense Information Systems Agency, and Defense Threat Reduction Agency.

Prior to joining KGS, Mr. Koch managed BRADSON CORPORATION projects and consulting engagements for public sector clients including the Small Business Administration, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. International Trade Commission, Federal Trade Commission, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, General Services Administration, U.S. Department of Interior (DOI) Fish and Wildlife Service, DOI Office of the Special Trustee for American Indians, DOI Office of Surface Mining, DOI Bureau of Land Management, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, and Naval Sea Systems Command.

Mr. Koch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Ohio State University.
