Joe Rhodes

Vice President, Civilian Solutions and Services (CSS)

Mr. Joe Rhodes joined KGS in 2007 and serves as the Vice President, Civilian Solutions and Services (CSS). Mr. Rhodes oversees the market strategy, program management and service delivery of KGS’s Civilian Programs client engagements. Prior to this position, Mr. Rhodes was Vice President, Knowledge Solutions focusing on Enterprise Data Management and Process Improvement offerings and solutions.

Prior to joining KGS, Mr. Rhodes served in program management and project leadership roles with General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). At GDIT, he was responsible for delivering information technology and process improvement solutions to the United States Air Force and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Mr. Rhodes also has a wealth of experience managing and delivering Project Management and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) solutions to multiple Government agencies.

Mr. Rhodes holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Mary Washington as well as a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech. He and his wife Nichole have two children and reside in Northern Virginia.
