Graham Palmer

Vice President, Joint Ventures

Graham Palmer serves as the Vice President of Joint Ventures for KGS. In this capacity he applies more than twenty (20) years of focused experience in commercial product sales, solutions delivery and services operations in combination with strategic planning, marketing, business development, and proposal/sales support skills to result in the effective delivery of client solutions and services.

Prior to this position, Mr. Palmer served as KGS's Vice President for Business Development which included leading and managing all KGS business development, account management, marketing, capture and proposal activities. Mr. Palmer joined KGS in 2008 having previously served as the VP of Business Operations for dNovus RDI where he was responsible for leading corporate functions that supported the company's business units in targeting and capturing new business.

Mr. Palmer is a seasoned executive with more than thirty (30) years' combined experience creating and implementing innovative marketing and operational business solutions in the Information Technology and Telecommunications industries. Prior to joining dNovus RDI, he served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing for Telcordia Technologies, a leading global provider of telecommunications software and services for IP, wireline, wireless, and cable providers. At Telcordia, he spearheaded the company's global marketing strategies and under his leadership, the company successfully grew its market share through numerous new business solution launches and by aggressively entering new markets. Prior to Telcordia, Mr. Palmer spent over twenty (20) years with Nortel, where he held leadership positions in Network Marketing, Commercial Operations, Software Development and Product Management. He led the development and implementation of commercial and operational strategies that supported Nortel's Carrier Switching business growth from $300 million to $1.2 billion. He was instrumental in helping Nortel achieve outstanding levels of customer satisfaction.

Mr. Palmer holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business in London, Ontario as well as a Bachelor of Engineering degree from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec.
