Gena Marshall
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Gena Marshall is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for KGS. She is responsible for all financial management and reporting for the KGS organization including: accurate and timely financial reporting at the contract, business unit and corporate level; comprehensive financial analysis; and strategic pricing leadership for all competitive proposals. She provides leadership in support of financial aspects of business operations. Ms. Marshall joined KGS in December 2008 as Vice President of Business Operations where she was actively involved in corporate transition and integration activities associated with the acquisition and merger of dNovus RDI.
Prior to joining KGS, Ms. Marshall was Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting with dNovus RDI, responsible for cash management, accurate and timely financial reporting, comprehensive financial analysis and strategic pricing. Ms. Marshall provided leadership to Contracting, Human Resources, Operations and Program Managers in support of financial aspects of contract management, profitability, personnel, regulatory compliance and business development.
Ms. Marshall has over 20 years of financial and leadership experience within the Government Contracting and Banking industries. She has a diverse financial background and a proven record of successful financial and operations management.
Ms. Marshall holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, from Texas A&M University.
