Bobbi L. Huff

Senior Director, IDIQ/GWAC Programs

Ms. Bobbi Huff joined KGS in September 2011 as Director of IDIQ/GWAC Programs. She will play a key role in providing strategic direction and identification of Government task order opportunities for the company. Ms Huff brings more than 20 years of cross-functional IT Service Management and 15 years of Program and Project Management experience.

Prior to joining KGS, Ms. Huff held a strategic position as Capture Manager for General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) Intelligence Solutions Division (ISD) where she led major capture efforts for Department of Defense (DoD) business. In this position, Ms. Huff held a leadership role in the capture of the $6.6B SITE contract vehicle and numerous SITE Task Orders as well as other various prime opportunities.

During her 20 year career with General Dynamics, Ms. Huff was the first candidate selected for GDIT ISD’s Management Development Program designed to prepare highly qualified candidates for key leadership positions by providing hands-on experience in each of the six ISD business functional areas. Through this 3 year program, she completed challenging projects that contributed to the directorate’s mission as well as providing functional experience in various areas of business development and operations to include: Service Delivery, Business Development, Operations, Contracts and Procurement, Financial Management, and Program Management.

In addition to her stellar professional career, Ms. Huff served 15 years in the Air National Guard and six years on active duty in the U.S. Navy.

Ms. Huff graduated Magna cum Laude from Hawaii Pacific University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Majoring in Computer Information Systems.
